
One of our experiments for the day was Butternut Squash Ravioli with Pecan-Cranberry Brown Butter Sauce. Lindy and I made the Ravioli by hand and we all thought it was really a nice compliment to the meal - even Dad liked it!

All of the food turned out great with nice moist Turkey!

When we find some room Lindy and I are going to try our Upside-down Apple Pie. Hope it's as good as it looks. I am exhausted and very full.
