Jerry had a great weekend playing in the Royal Oaks Invitational(77-72-77). He actually placed fouth gross in the Senior Division - probably was beat by some guys still in their fifties! You can check out the results at www.roit.org. He won some good money which I am going to spend...

Barbecue Time

I was very excited to get a call from Tom the other night inviting me over for a Barbecue. We have had a lot of great barbecues at the Ackermans over the years but this is the first since all of Tom's health problems began last year. I took this as a sign that he must be finally feeling a lot better!

St Louis Bachelor Party

Had a great time in St Louis celebrating my friend Tony's last days as a single guy. We saw a Cardinal's game and had shirts made with our nicknames on the back. Jerry I know you are a Coors Light fan but we took a tour of the first ever Budweiser plant and sampled the beer. And of course we saw the arch, "Gateway to the West".

Round 2 Complete

Well round 2 is over! It was a fun weekend with Lindy in town for Graduation. Lots of celebrating, at the Corner Club of course. It is weird to be leaving Moscow, but hopefully soon I will get position and it will be all worth while! Lindy has some pics from the festivities so maybe she will finally make her first blog post and put them up :)

Eagle High Track

Coach Kern wrapped up another successful track season yesterday when the Eagle Girls won the State track meet and the Boys came in second. Congrats to Josh! You put in a lot of time and effort. I'm sure the kids appreciate it. They look pretty excited!
